Message from the Head of Academy - Mrs Ubhie

It was fantastic seeing so many parents in school on Tuesday morning for the English Open Morning. 

The next Open Mornings are scheduled:

Maths Open Morning - Tuesday 22nd January  2019

English Open Morning - Thursday 14th March  2019

Maths Open Morning - Tuesday 21st May 2019 

English Open Morning - Thursday 27th June 2019

We collected Parent/Carer feedback forms and here are some of the comments: 

It was a wonderful morning with the children and teachers.  The teacher’s guide very well and explain very clearly all the things to the children.  We are very happy with all the support for my children. 

Today’s experience was amazing. I got to see what my child actually does in class. Miss Jakhara has an amazing way of teaching. 

It was great to see how the children learn in school.  It has given me great tips to use at home as well.  I hope to attend more.  

It was quite an interesting time with the teaching and learning process. It showed the level of understanding by the children.  

I think its important to see what our children are learning in school and how their understanding is with the topic they are learning about.  

A very good insight into the lessons.  We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed seeing the children being educated in well behaved environment.  

Thank you for the chance to be in class during lesson time. We enjoyed it a lot.  Please do it again.

It was brilliant. It gave me the experience how they learn in the classroom and gave me ideas how I can help my child at home.  I would like to see more events like this.  Thanks 

Very pleased with everything in Miss Smith’s class this morning.  Will definitely come again.  Everything was explained very well really enjoyed watching the children learn.

I found the experience extremely valuable.  Miss J was very capable she coped with a lively class and achieved goals for the day.
